Paul Dadgar has been actively involved in the carwash and service station industries for over 20 years.
In the late 80’s to early 90’s Paul was involved in lending approximately $400,000,000 to the carwash, service station and other auto related industries which encompassed all aspects of the borrower’s financial needs including:

In the mid 1990’s Paul focused on the Merger & Acquisitions and Development side of the business. He was also involved in several other industries including the restaurant business, family entertainment centers and various other real estate ventures.
In 1997 Paul founded Carwash of America, LLC a carwash company that owned and operated 10 Full Service Carwashes with branded Service Stations and 5 Jiffy Lubes.
Mr. Dadgar is currently a principal in a business advisory firm specializing in M&A work primarily dedicated to the carwash industry and has recently been involved in the development of a chain of exterior carwashes in California.
Paul joined the ProWash Consulting team at its inception and is active in all aspects of the firms consulting efforts nationally. He is featured speaker at carwash conventions and has co-authored carwash related articles for industry trade magazines.
